2) How to Participate:Great Beatsource Launch Giveaway starts 12:01 AM MST Wednesday November 21, 2007 and ends 11:59 pm MST Friday March 15, 2008. All winners will be announced (on or around March 15, 2008. There are two ways to enter: (a) enter online at www.beatsource.com by signing up for the mailing list from the start of the contest until January 14 2008 or by registering as a new Beatsource user from January 15 to the end date of the contest, you must be a registered user with Beatsource.com to be entered to win the 'Greatest' and 'Great' prize (no cost). Or (b) *mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Beatport L.L.C. 1037-C Broadway. Denver, CO 80203, Attention: Great Beatsource Launch Giveaway to be received by 12:01 am MST Friday March 15, 2008. You must be registered on the Beatsource mailing list and or registered as a Beatsource user before Friday March 15, 2008 at 11:59 PM MST to be eligible to win. All eligible entries will be entered in the 'Greatest' prize drawing and 'Great' & 'Greater' Prize Drawings. Limit one prize winner per person. Limit one entry by mail per person. Duplicate mail entries will be disqualified. Registering more than one (1) email will not make participant's chances of winning more likely. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged or incomplete mail. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrants ability to participate in the contest. 3) Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the contestant's country who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, directors and their immediate families or members of the following households: Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Beatport L.L.C., Beatsource, Pioneer, Native Instruments, Apple Computers, and other prize sponsors and participants, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and publicity agencies, and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this contest are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

4) Prizes, Approximate Retail Value and Odds (as of November 5th, 2007): Ten (10) Great Prize winner: one (1) $10 Beatsource credit towards their Beatsource account, one(1) Beatsource T-shirt. The approximate retail value of the 'Great' prize is $20. Two (2) Greater prize winner: two (2) Pioneer EFX 500 Effector, one (1) Pioneer HDJ-1000 headphones, one (1) copy of Native Instruments' NEW professional DJ system Traktor Scratch, one (1) $10 Beatsource credit towards their Beatsource account, two (2) Beatsource T-shirts. The approximate retail value of the 'Greater' Prize is $1400. One (1) Greatest Prize winner: Two (2) Pioneer CDJ 1000MK3s, one (1) Pioneer DJM-909 Professional DJ Scratch Mixer, one (1) Pioneer EFX 1000 Professional DJ Effector, one (1) Pioneer HDJ-1000 headphones, one (1) copy of Native Instruments' NEW professional DJ system Traktor Scratch, one (1) Apple MacBook Pro Laptop. The approximate retail value of the Runner Up Prize is $7420. All prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed except by sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and approximately similar features for any prize mentioned in these rules due to unavailability. *Odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

5) Winner Selection: Beatport will conduct contest administration and verification. 'Greater' & 'Great' prize winners: The prospective 'Greater' & 'Great' Prize Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries postmarked and received by the deadlines set from participation rules. All non-winning entries from 'Greater' & 'Great' Prize Drawing will be eligible for subsequent 'Greatest' Prize Drawings. All entries that are eligible to be entered into the 'Greater' & 'Great' prize drawings will also be entered into the 'Greatest' Prize Drawing. Limit one (1) Prize winner per person per household. By participating in this contest, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of Beatsource/Beatport L.L.C. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the contest if, in Sponsor's sole judgment, entrant has not complied with these Official Rules.

Entrants agree that their contact information may be shared with Beatport L.L.C., Beatsource, Pioneer, Native Instruments, Apple Computers, and other prize sponsors and participants. The names of the prospective drawing Winners may be posted on the Beatport Website within two (2) business days of each Prize Drawing. Entrants whose names are posted on the Beatsource/Beatport web site as the Prize Winners are not eligible to receive a prize until the verification process has been completed and they have complied with all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Prize Winners will be still be notified by email/telephone on or about (2) business days of each Prize Drawing which will provisionally inform them that they have won and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted by law), and return same, fully-executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. It is the sponsor's intention to award only the prize described in the Official Rules. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Beatport L.L.C., Beatsource, Pioneer, Native Instruments, Apple Computers, and other prize sponsors and participants, their respective licensees, franchisees, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, successors and their respective directors, officers, employees, advertising and production agencies from all liability regarding participation in the contest, the receipt and use of prize awarded and, without limiting the generality of the above, from any injury or death while using the prize. Prize winner waives the right to 1) to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem that prize and 2) any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem that prize. Additionally, by acceptance of prize, weekly and grand prize winner agrees to release Sponsors, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while participating to any prize-related activity. Sweepstakes void in whole or in part where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. All taxes are winner's responsibility (other than shipping tax). All federal, state and local regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to use winner's name and likeness for publicity use, without any further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Colorado law governs this contest and prize winner agree that any claims against Sponsors must be filed in the Central District of Colorado. If Beatsouce/Beatport is unable to contact any potential Winner, if a potential Prize Winner fails to complete and return all requested forms fully-executed by the specified date, or if any potential Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, his/her prize will be forfeited and, at Beatsource/Beatport's discretion, an alternate Weekly Prize Winner shall be selected.
